About Bijia Optics
Part of the Bijia Optics Technology company and located in Beijing, Bija is a well known brand in China.
Specializing in magnifying optics, Bijia produce a wide range of magnifiers, low vision glasses, monoculars, microsocpes, rangefinders and binoculars wich they sell to the local market as well as exporting to more than 30 countries around the globe including America, Canada, the UK and many countries within Europe.
Range
The range of Bijia binoculars is impressive and I counted 13 seperate series, all of which contain a number of different models. These include both full sized and compact porro prism and roof models aimed at general use, wildlife, travelling and security uses. They also produce a number of military and marine specific bins.
As far as I am aware, in terms of quality and price, their main emphasis is on the entry level end of the market, with most models having a RRP of less than $100 and many for less than $50 (US).
Bijia HT Series BinocularsThis series consists of 6 low costing compact reverse porro prism models, with either have 25 or 26mm objectives and are available in either 10 or 12x magnifications, with model having a 8x-20x variable magnification.
All models have prisms made from BK-7 glass and with single layer coated objectives.

These cheap, high powered, compact porro prism binoculars from Chinese manufacturer Bijia Optics perform to a surprisingly good level when you consider their very low price point and relatively basic level of components: Main features include a lightweight and waterproof body with a non slip rubberized exterior armor, BK-7 glass prisms and coated objective lenses.
